Clarity over what you will pay.
Following Brexit, it is fair to say there are some changes and challenges for business and consumers alike. On occasions, shoppers can be surprised by hidden import or exporting costs. We want to assure our UK customers, that our pricing does not have any hidden costs.
What you will pay.
UK consumers will only pay the price shown at checkout. You will not be charged any further amounts. Since Brexit, you may have been surprised by additional costs, or import duties once you have received your parcel, but that will not be the case when you shop with us! We are a UK company; UK customers do not pay any additional import costs.
Northern Ireland.
Currently, there are no extra charges until the end of March due to a temporary grace period. This will be reviewed as things change.
Do you supply to Europe?
No, we do not ship outside of the UK.
If you live in Southern Ireland, we cannot offer the same assurance that the price you see is the price you will pay after import taxes. This is a complex process, and for this reason, we have taken the decision to withdraw our offer to Southern Ireland for the time being. We hope that at some point in the future the costs may become clearer, but for now, regrettably, we are not shipping to Southern Ireland.
Highlands and UK islands.
If you live in the Highlands or any UK Island, you will pay £14.00 for a delivery. This is the delivery charge which will be shown at the checkout (providing you select the correct delivery zone), you will not be expected to pay additional hidden costs.
If you live in the Channel Islands, the delivery is £17.50 per delivery. This again, is clearly shown at checkout and is the maximum you will have to pay for your order to be delivered.
