Warranty Info

All Designer Lighting Company light fittings are covered by 2 years electrical warranty. We have such faith in the quality of the fitments we sell that we introduced this industry leading peace of mind warranty. If your light fails through an electrical fault we will replace it or supply component parts if this is practical and a speedier solution. The cost of any 3rd party contractors will not however be compensated by Designer Lighting company.

Our extended warranty is for items purchased from Designer Lighting Company ( A division of Lighting Company Group) - a trading name for Hickin Electrical Wholesale Ltd. 

Light bulbs are not covered in our warranty although some LED (Light Emitting Diode) Bulbs do have a manufactures warranty. Old style filament and halogen bulbs do not have warranty.

Please keep in mind electrical warranty does not cover mis-use, discolouration or accidental damage.

Should in the unlikely event your light does develop a fault please let us know immediately giving a brief description of the fault. We will advise of the best solution. This may involve testing the light, if your light needs to be tested to identify and authenticate a fault you will be required to the return the light to us at your cost. When and if a fault is found a replacement Light will be authorised. This will be the same type and model or an agreed alternative product will be send at our cost. Should at this time you decide to upgrade the cost of the returned light would be deducted from the price of the chosen replacement.
